Ballinkeele House

From the spacious Entrance Hall, the floating staircase winds its way up to the Bedroom floor.

The Master Bedroom with its original four poster bed and furniture enjoys fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Each of the other bedrooms feature original furniture, large comfortable beds and lovely views.

There are extensive gardens with ponds, a lake and also a ruined folly of a castle keep.
As you drive up the avenue to Ballinkeele House, you will pass the stables and yard on your right, where Frigate, the first mare to win the Grand National back in 1889, was bred and trained. Further along the avenue you will pass large rhododendrons, fully grown monkey puzzles and one of the recently reclaimed small ponds.
