The Aspinall Wild Animal ExperienceHouses over 500 rare and endangered animals across 600 acres of spectacular grounds, including monkeys, lemurs, elephants, zebra, giraffe, meerkats, the largest group of gorilla outside of Africa, Siberian and Indian tigers, the largest breeding group of black rhino outside of Africa and Barbary lions, which are extinct in the wild. Port Lympne, with its sister park, Howletts, is actually run by a conservation charity called The Aspinall Foundation, and all proceeds from visitors and donations goes towards continuing the charity's vital work both at the parks and overseas.
Whilst Port Lympne benefits from being set in the heart of the Kent countryside, it is easily accessible, being just 5 minutes from the M20 and 15 minutes from Ashford International station, now only 35 minutes by train to central London.
