The extensive grounds have good scope for use as a unit base when filming in the Eastbourne area.
Eastbourne is situated at the eastern end of the South Downs and boasts the famous Beachy Head cliff and lighthouse, as well as extensive beaches. The main town lies sheltered to the East of the cliffs helping to contribute to its sunshine record - this year Eastbourne was named as the sunniest place in Great Britain!
