The Manor of Arreton belonged to Alfred the Great. He left the Manor to his younger son, Ethelward subsequently it was owned by Edward the Confessor and Henry VIII.
Arreton Manor was largely built in the 16th Century and has been lovingly looked after over the years. It is a stunning building set within 5 acres of landscaped formal gardens which have been designed and created by the present owners.
Arreton Manor is ideal for many types of Period Drama and is situated in beautiful landscaped gardens which makes it an ideal backdrop for feature films and commercials.
