The interior, which is full of Period Features will be very pleasing to the Art Department, especially the recently restored early Victorian Kitchen.

The Parish Church is located in the garden and the view of the House and Church over the haha from amongst the trees in the park gives an air of old world timelessness. Within the park there are many ancient trees and also a mature avenue of Oaks which leads towards the house.

The garden has a grass tennis court overlooking the park and a croquet lawn in front of the very attractive dovecote/summerhouse.

The stables are close to the house as is the walled garden and old ‘wash down’ for horse and carriages. There are Equestrian Facilities nearby with the capacity to help with Riding Tuition for members of the cast.

When filming Period Drama Stock Gaylard Estate could supply much of what is required 'on site' thereby enabling crews to have more filming time without having to move the Unit to different locations during the day.
