Margam Country Park provides the perfect backdrop for commercial photography and film. The Parks impressive architecture and scenery provides an inspirational setting for filming, from period dramas, to factual documentaries and modern feature films. Margam Country Park is an 850 acre country estate with a listed landscape comprising broad leaved, coniferous and mixed woodlands, open grasslands, Deer Park, lakes and streams. The Parks historic core contains Margam Castle - a 19th Century Tudor Gothic Mansion, the Orangery ‐ built in 1750 and is the longest in the UK and beautiful formal gardens. The Parks landscape history can be traced back to pre-historic times and evidence exists of Roman and extensive Celtic occupation.
